Everything lives in this file's storage — worth keeping a real backup occasionally, separate from the Excel/PDF exports (those are for reading, this is for restoring). Photos are included too, so backups may take a moment and be a larger file.
Tip: use the bulk-import box in each tab to bring across data you already backed up from your separate tools.
